At AOML we are capable of creating a whole range of boxes. We have all the machinery needed to produce truly bespoke corrugated packaging. Some of our machines include:
CASE MAKER
This is what we use to create most of the RSC boxes. We start with the corrugated cardboard and end up with a folded, printed and glued box. Our casemmaker allows us to make large quantities of boxes with up to 2 colour printing.
FLATBED DIE-CUT
Our flatbed die-cut allows us to create die-cut boxes printed up to 3 colours having accurate cuts.
AUTOMATED PALLET PRESS
Not every corrugated packaging companies have these. At the end of our production lines is the automated pallet press. This compacts the stacks of boxes on a pallet and puts a wrap around them. This is then taken by a forklift to be loaded onto a truck or stored for later loading.
