Box & Case Making

These machines are used to manufacture custom-sized cardboard boxes and cases. They cut, fold, and print on corrugated sheets to create sturdy packaging solutions. These machines help optimize material usage, improve efficiency, and allow for branding through printed designs.

Cutting & Shaping

These machines precisely cut, crease, and shape cardboard into custom designs. They create unique packaging forms, slots, and openings, allowing for tailored box designs, inserts, and branding elements. These machines ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality finishes for various packaging needs.

FLATBED DIE-CUT

Allows us to create die-cut boxes printed up to 3 colours having accurate cuts.

Stitching & Sealing

These machines securely join cardboard pieces using staples or adhesives, ensuring strong and durable packaging. They are essential for assembling heavy-duty boxes, reinforcing seams, and providing extra strength for shipping and storage. These machines improve efficiency and consistency in packaging production.

AUTOMATED STITCHER

Fastens cardboard pieces together with high-speed stitching for durable packaging.

A manual or semi-automated stitching machine for smaller production runs or special requirements.

Production Speed & Quality

These machines enhance efficiency, consistency, and durability in packaging. They automate processes like pallet strapping and wrapping, ensuring secure and stable shipments while reducing manual labour. These machines help streamline production, improve packaging quality, and optimize logistics.

FULLY AUTOMATED PALLET PRESS & STRAPPER

Not every corrugated packaging companies have these. At the end of our production lines is the automated pallet press. This compacts the stacks of boxes on a pallet and puts a wrap around them. This is then taken by a forklift to be loaded onto a truck or stored for later loading.

AUTOMATED PALLET WRAPPER

Wraps palletized products in stretch film to protect them during storage and shipping.
